Terms Of Services

The terms that govern your use of our white label and custom app development services.

Last updated: 19th August, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of deliverybee.app and any Services purchased from DeliveryBee, including white label app licenses and custom app development engagements. By accessing our website or purchasing a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Overview of Services

DeliveryBee provides two types of Services:

  • White label apps: ready-built, rebrandable delivery and on demand platforms (food, grocery, cannabis, courier, taxi, alcohol, flower, milk, laundry, fuel) licensed to you for a one-time payment.
  • Custom app development: bespoke mobile and web applications built to your specifications under a separate project agreement or statement of work.

White Label License Terms

When you purchase a white label app from DeliveryBee, the following license terms apply.

License grant. DeliveryBee grants you a one-time, non-exclusive license to use, rebrand, and deploy the purchased app under your own brand name, for your own business. This is a one-time payment license, not a subscription; there's no recurring license fee for continued use of the app as delivered.

Source code and ownership. You receive full source code for the Customer App, Driver App, and Admin Panel (plus any vendor or restaurant app included in your package). You own the deployed instance of the app and may modify it for your own business needs.

What you can do.

  • Rebrand the app with your own name, logo, and color scheme
  • Deploy the app to your own app store accounts (Apple App Store, Google Play)
  • Modify the source code for your own internal use
  • Scale the app to serve your own customers, drivers, and vendors

What you can't do.

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code, in original or modified form, to a third party as a competing white label product
  • Claim DeliveryBee's underlying codebase, architecture, or branding as your own original creation for the purposes of reselling it to others
  • Use the app in a way that violates applicable law, including data protection, consumer protection, or industry-specific regulations relevant to your vertical (for example, cannabis or alcohol delivery licensing requirements in your jurisdiction)

Compliance is your responsibility. DeliveryBee provides the platform; you're responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or regulatory approvals your business needs to operate in your industry and location.

Payment Terms

White label licenses are purchased through a one-time payment as quoted at the time of purchase. Custom development engagements follow the payment schedule outlined in your project agreement or statement of work (typically milestone-based). All fees are quoted in the currency shown at checkout or in your invoice and are non-refundable except as described under Refund Policy below.

Delivery and Setup

For white label purchases, DeliveryBee delivers the source code and setup instructions within the timeframe agreed at purchase, typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on the product and any customization requested. You'll be assigned a dedicated project contact and support channel (typically Slack or email) for onboarding.

Support and Maintenance

Your license includes a defined support period (specified at the time of purchase) covering bug fixes and setup assistance for the app as delivered. Feature additions, major customizations, or ongoing maintenance beyond that period are available as a separate paid engagement. Support terms for custom development projects are defined in your project agreement.

Intellectual Property

DeliveryBee retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, reusable components, and proprietary tools used to build and deliver white label products. Your license covers your right to use, rebrand, and deploy the specific app instance you purchased, as described above. Custom development work product ownership is defined in your individual project agreement.

Refund Policy

Because you receive full source code access upon delivery, white label purchases are refundable only if DeliveryBee fails to deliver the app as described within the agreed timeframe, or if the delivered app does not match the core functionality advertised at the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Custom services are governed by the refund terms in your specific project agreement.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "as is." DeliveryBee doesn't guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet every requirement of your specific business. We do commit to fixing verified bugs within your support period.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DeliveryBee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost revenue or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

DeliveryBee may suspend or terminate access to support and services if you violate these Terms, including unauthorized resale or redistribution of licensed source code. Termination of support doesn't affect your existing license to use the app you purchased, provided you remain in compliance with these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
