Last updated: 19th August, 2026

Introduction

DeliveryBee ("DeliveryBee," "we," "us," or "our") operates deliverybee.app and provides white label delivery applications and custom app development services (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any project details you share when you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or purchase a white label license.

Information we collect automatically. IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the site. We collect this through cookies and similar tracking technologies, described below.

Payment information. If you purchase a white label license, payment is processed through a third party payment provider. DeliveryBee does not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our own servers.

Project and support data. If you engage us for custom development or white label setup, we collect the technical and business details needed to deliver, configure, and support your app (branding assets, business requirements, integration credentials you choose to share with our team).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to demo requests and quote inquiries
  • Process license purchases and deliver your app source code and setup instructions
  • Provide support, maintenance, and updates you're entitled to under your license
  • Send project related communications (delivery timelines, invoices, support tickets)
  • Improve our website and Services based on usage patterns
  • Send occasional product updates or offers, which you can opt out of at any time

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep the site functioning correctly (essential cookies)
  • Understand how visitors use the site, through tools like Google Analytics (analytics cookies)
  • Support advertising and retargeting, where enabled (marketing cookies)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site function. Where required by law, we display a cookie consent banner on your first visit so you can accept or decline non-essential cookies.

How We Share Your Information

We share information only in these cases:

  • Service providers. Payment processors, hosting providers, email delivery tools, and analytics platforms that help us run the business, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements. When required to comply with a law, regulation, or valid legal request.
  • Business transfers. If DeliveryBee is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not share client project details, branding assets, or source code with any third party outside of the service providers named above.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal or contractual obligations, and resolve disputes. Project and license records are retained for the duration of your support period plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete that information
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@deliverybee.app. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Data Transfers

DeliveryBee works with clients globally. Your information may be processed in a country other than where you live. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected at every stage.
